My Husband bought from this website a Champion Generator for $557.78. Never received a Tracking number. When we called to verify what was going on, the guy that answered couldn't even speak correct English. He told me sorry for the delay but it was because they had so much orders. That I should receive the tracking number the next day which we never did. After that we were never able to get back in touch with them. Trying to get my money back.

I ordered a generator from them for $578.35 and cancelled my order the next day before it shipped. Received copy of typed credit from the company, however, more than 10 days later still no refund on my credit card. Their business location is a house and the phone rings to a guy who barely speaks english. When I called him, he wouldn't give me his name and when i asked about the address of the business he replied they have inventory in their house. BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have disputed this charge with my credit card company but when i tried to email the merchant back, it was kicked back as undeliverable.

I ordered a 4500 watt generator that weighs 103lbs. Generatorprime.com said that they delivered my purchase. Their tracking number was a fraudulent number that sent some item to another address in my town and that item only weighed 4.4lbs. This fake company uses fake tracking numbers and state that they sent out your product. I tried calling the company, told them that I did not receive my product and each time they hung up on me!
