My family and I live in Nebraska. We traveled to Naples, FL for Genevieve from Flutter-By photographs met us to take our family photos. She quoted us at an hour session for $1010 up front. We paid and the photos went fine. She seemed a little flustered. She was late and told us several times to be patient with her it may take a couple weeks to get us our 15 photos. It has now been over 6 weeks and we cannot get ahold of Genevieve. She will not respond through email, social media, her website, etc. We are now seeing comments on all of her pages that this is happening to SEVERAL people and families. This is very upsetting to us.
