Training information and supplements offered but when paid for, social media site was removed and no response in messages or texts or calls.

Scammed promised fitness information and supplements. Once payment was sent, they sent a fake USPS email stating I must pay an additanal $200 to have my order shipped and then blocked contact from me. I tracked down the IP address to Ashburn, VA however the order was sent with a fake name(Bruce H Banner) from Connecticut. Attached is the fake email from USPS. Pretty sure it's a federal offense to act as a post office. This scammer needs to be caught and locked up as it's very clear they have done this before. I denied the requests they kept sending me on cashapp however one of them ended up going through and they got $250 of my money and I will be making a trip to get my money back, using any means necessary.
