Placed an order and a second exactly the same in error, minutes after. Sent a request to cancel the second order immediately after placing it. Then again the next morning well within the 24 hour cancellation noted on the website. Did not get a response from Genie-mania until 48 hours later advising me the second order could not be cancelled. Was told they'd send return package stickers to return the second order did not get them. DO NOT order from this website. The product is very cheaply made and extremely over priced. Beware.

Bought the paint roller cheap materials used fell apart when tryed to use,This company says take photos to late it's in the bin.Read reviews to late refunds are none existing .
Please don't buy this product waist of money.

Ordered from them two months ago. A ring that was sterling silver. I was guaranteed by Christmas! Still to this day I have not got it. They tried saying due to Covid it has to be shipped from China. Okay well I have had things shipped from China that didn’t take this long! I still haven’t received my money back after 4-5 emails and complaints! Never buy threw this company! I should have known it was a scam. The first night my mom showed me the ring she liked. She found it on Facebook. It sat in my “cart”. Well they emailed me 3times that night offering to take more money off! I finally caved, only because my mom really wanted the ring. I should have known! Never again!

I ordered hair color/dye from GenieMania 2 months ago. It never came. I live in a gated condominium complex with locked mailboxes. I checked with all of my neighbors and none of them got it either. It never came to us.
I contacted the company via email many times. The good news is customer service responded to each email within 24 hours. Everything else was bad. Each time they gave me a different story. The item apparently came from China. The only thing customer service would provide is the Chinese tracking that said it was delivered somewhere in the U.S. They told me to file a claim with the post office which I tried to do. The post office said I needed a USPS tracking number to file a claim. I asked customer service many many times for a USPS or any local delivery service's tracking number. Customer service would not provide me with any local shipping tracking. After going back and forth with them, they then told me it wasn't handled by USPS and again gave me the Chinese tracking number. They told me to contact the Chinese shipper myself. I sent emails to the Chinese shipper 3x and got no response. GenieMania then told me to call China. They refused to contact the Chinese shipper for further information and put it all on me. This is what they told me word for word: "Please try contacting the number first and gave them your trucking number so they can check it for you as we don't longer have a hold of the product once the courier has it.." This is a word for word quote from customer service. They basically did nothing to help locate the package and refused to refund my money.
Obviously I did nothing wrong. I've got a big problem with their refusal to lift a finger to help find this package. The bottom line is I paid for something GenieMania sells and I never got it and their customer service refused to accept any level of responsibility.. I should get a refund and they refuse.
I will never order anything from this company again and I recommend avoiding this company at all cost.

Ordered magnetic eyelashes, placed the order on 07/01/2020 and in their site never says it comes from China. It says the time for shipping within the us is 5-7 weeks which misleads you to think they are located in US... I wanted to cancel because it was 1 month then 2 months and nothing sent the email several times and they just kept giving the same information with a tracking number from a Chinese site... Anyway no clear answers till 3 1/2 months the products arrived all squished luckily it was just the package... But honestly if I known that they were going to take my money and the product will arrive 3 1/2 months later I would have never agreed to buy... Therefore I will not be buying from geniemania.com due to deceitful practices

I ordered an adjustable metal circle Tool. I received a different Plastic circle making tool( completely different). I had difficulty leaving the site, but I know what I ordered. I did have to leave the site with the Cart saying I had one item that needed processing. I didn’t complete that order but they used my payment info that I had just used for the metal circle. I believe that I was tricked into the second order. That’s why I didn’t complete the process. I should have known, when I couldn’t delete the item. No matter what, it was a tricky process that I couldn’t get out of. I sent them an email hoping to work it out. They responded that I had ordered the plastic item. I sent another email refuting it. They sent the same response immediately. That seemed fast! Also the tracking number they gave me showed the package sent out by them but not yet received by the post office. This went on for weeks. It didn’t leave New Jersey! I called and they said it could take 5 weeks. It shouldn’t take 5 weeks to get from them to the local post office. Anyway, be very careful ordering their junk! This plastic tool isn’t worth the Money!

They have a website advertising all types of products, but when I ordered back in April, it never came and they put me off for months saying it would be coming. Finally they gave me a tracking service that said it was sitting in Los Angeles waiting for pick-up. Then it was out for delivery, finally that it had been returned to the post office for forwarding or because the label was misaddressed. But when I never got it and asked for a refund, they said it was the postal service’s problem. I had the post master try to locate the item with the USPS number they gave me for tracking, but he couldn’t find out anything with that information. Now as I try to report it, I find they only have a website and e-mail. They claim to be out of Canada, but have no address or phone number. There products are advertising on Pinterest. I have lost $50 so far. I believe they are really out of China. I believe that they use a phony tracking app that looks legit. It says that the item was returned to the Post office June 4 and was waiting for pick-up.

I have been waiting 3 months to receive a product from www.GenieMania.com

The so called company sends out emails stating that I will be receiving it soon yet still no product received from them. They provide a link to check status of shipping in Chinese so you will not be able to understand it. I asked for a refund via ********************** and they responded vaguely no. Beware this of this scam!

Ordered a paint roller kit and never received it. Contacted the company 4 times and each time was given bogus tracking site. After 2 months, I disputed the charge with my bank.
