went on this website, filled out the contact me part got an email went over some things with the person. I didn't feel comfortable putting the deposit down and agreed on a pay in cash on arrival deal. They had pictures and story sounded pretty real. plus I figured if they accepted all cash at their door it should be ok. So me and my wife drove about 900 miles to show up and ring the doorbell and the homeowner stated we were about the 30th person to show up in the past 2 years and he just hoped we hadn't lost any money. And of course they did not reply to any messages after I was scheduled to arrive.
