Purchased a Christmas gift for my son on 12/6/2018; sent multiple emails and "contacts" on their website to inquire about the product. The funds were taken from my account but now the website is no longer present and the emails return to me. Obviously scammed me for my money - do not purchase from Genvivia - it is a hoax
