I ordered 4 Buffalo Bills onesies on November 26 2022 and I got the confirmation email saying that my payment went through and the order was being prepared for shipping and that I was going to be receiving a shipping date and information to track it. I waited for 3-5 business day for something to be sent to my email but nothing. A few months go by still receiving nothing, so I reach out to itthem again no response now I am getting upset because me and my family are looking forward to wearing them on Christmas of 2022. That was upsetting, so we I emailed them again to tell them I did not receive no order and would like my refund and no response . It is Oct 14 2024 AND STILL NO ORDER OR REFUND

I ordered 4 Buffalo Bills onesies on November 26 2022 and made sure it was a fast delivery.got the order confirmation email saying that my payment was received and my order was being prepared and will be notified when my order is shipped. After that I was never notified about the shipping or never received a tracking number or any type of refund for 45.73.Then I emailed about a refund and got an email back saying message can't be received. Now it been 2 years since I ordered that for my family to wear on Christmas and still nothing no refund or my order.

Saw their page advertised on Facebook. Ordered a few outfits 3 MONTHS ago. I reached out to the customer service department via email and they told me to send my order information so they could give me an update. After sending all the information, communication has been nonexistent. PLEASE SHUT THESE DAMN PEOPLE DOWN!

These people scammed me thru Facebook. I ordered several shirts that were around 50 dollars total in October 2022 and I have not received anything . Now the email address is not working. This is their known address as there website claims: Room 104, 4 / F, Building B, Anji Dipu Green Industrial Park, West of Huanshan Road, south of Zhongde Road, Dipu Street, Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! The website popped up on my boyfriends Facebook and it showed jeans that he’s been trying to look for. He loved them so I tried ordering them for him for Christmas and when I consistently asked where my order was (after 2 weeks of no tracking information) they said it was stuck in inspection customs. I asked for a refund so they blocked my message.

Ordered 2 jackets on October 18th 2022 and never received a tracking number in the email. I messaged them in November asking for a tracking number and estimated date of arrival since they had not arrived yet. They gave me every excuse under the sun, basically anything in order to not give me a refund. They kept saying it would be here before Christmas and then the week of Christmas they told me it was hung up in customs. The next time I messaged them. They said it was delivered to the wrong address and would reship and be to me in 15 days. It is now January 10th and I just tried to message them today and it says my message has been blocked!!
