I responded to a Facebook ad posing as Bed Bath & Beyond. The ad stated they were having a blowout clearance sale. I made two separate purchases, back to back. Those purchases were: an outdoor swing and an outdoor patio furniture set. Each was $50.98 (after tax). I never received an email confirmation of either purchase. On my bank statement, the merchants showed up as "GEOMISTYLE" and "NOSEYEARTE". I then disputed the transactions with my bank but the bank said they could not help me. A few days later, a few small fraudulent charges appeared on my bank debit card and I had to close the card. Almost two months later, I have not received a refund or the merchandise.
