Found this website to purchase a Dachshund puppy. Contacted the person via email and they responded quickly. Gave me the info needed on purchasing the puppy and also shipping. Discussed way of payment. Stated Venmo was down. Was going to use Apple Pay but switched to PayPal. Was told to do Friends and Family. Confirmed payment and stated they would update with tracking information the following morning. No more communication has been heard. Phone continues to ring when calling.
