after dew exchanges i asked to see the apartment and he mentioned he was out of town for long term in Texas as was a sales manger in General motors. That this would occur through AIRBNB, That once i payed a down payment i'd meet an agent from airbnb with the keys.
I from Canada, have not used AIRBNB before and was unware that this could happen. The man asked for my phone number and driver licences (which he now has.) Further e-mail details and process in attached e-mail thread. I have also included the link and airbnb invoice i received. (after contacting airbnb, it was revealed to be a copy site that any amateur could miss when unfamiliar with and airbnb services.) The website this Fraudulent shared also had a live agent to speak with, whom i thought was helping my transaction but infact aiding to do the opposite and answered my questions on behalf of an airbin representative! I then has an issue with the bicoin machine and was only able to sen $300.00 and sent the rest in western Union as per agent's aid to MOISES GERARDO, PIANETA VASQUEZ, $770.00.
