PLEASE BE AWARE!!! There is a predatory company using the name Georgia Business Compliance. They some how have access to new companies filing the LLC with the state. They will send you paper mail which looks very close to the official documents from the state. IT IS NOT! Please read the info carefully. They are not a government entity and will take your money. The letter that was received in the mail by them is requesting you pay your annual compliance fee to avoid late fees. I paid $135 on the website which looks very basic. I was not aware that businesses are looking to scam money from you any way possible. Please read the fine print. If you google the address you will see they are listed as the UPS Store. I tried calling the UPS Store at this address, and they reported they are aware of the scam and to report it to the BBB, because there is nothing they can do about it yet. Please learn from my mistake. Read first, and investigate before you make any payments!

We received a letter in the mail prompting us to enclose a check for $135 to renew our annual business registration with the state of Georgia. We already renewed our LLC with the Secretary of State. Upon further research of this company I discovered that they do not have an active website and that they are a posing as a Georgia State government agency. This organization needs to be shut down immediately.
