I signed up at my job to become a member of this union for benefits upon getting sick or hurt. Funds come straight from my paycheck. When I contacted my job to apply for said benefits, the contact number is a voicemail. After two weeks of leaving voicemails on 310.217.4029. I think the number is bogus. I contacted the so-called rep that came to sign me up.Its the second week. She is not helpful at all. She says she will call back via text message, but she doesn't. She say via text that we can meet at my job, but she doesn't. Her name is Demitric Benson at 770.598.3425 she says shes in training and that she will call me when she's done two days later, she doesn't. She had her assistant to call me to sign me up from 770.312.2154 (Merna) but after finding out I already signed up doesn't respond. I was given a number to an insurance company (800.544.9382) by Demitric and when I called, I was told they could not find any information. I reached out again to Demitric via text, to no avail.
