I do not know how this website got a hold of my credit card information but every month I started to see a decline appear from the GEPXTY.COM

I called their customer support number and was asked for my credit card number, the first 6 and last 4 in order to look up my account information. I think this is odd, I work in retail IT and that's not how a store or customer support would look up a customer's information. After I struggled with talking to the representative, I managed to get her to cancel my account or so I assumed.

Two months went by and no new attempts at charging my card but just a few days ago an alert came across my phone with the same message as before, charged declined for GEPXTY.COM

I called their customer support again and they gave me the run around when it comes to how or why my "account" would be charged even if it was "canceled" a couple months ago. So, I called my financial institution and explained the situation. They canceled my card and issued a new one and suggested that I report this company to the BBB.

So, here we are.
