I ordered 7 items from Gerber Gear. I received 6 out of 7 items. The order was missing a $15 pocket knife. All phone numbers connected to this company have been disabled, you get a pre recording by Fiskers telling you to email [email protected] . Its been a few days no response. I checked on ScamPulse.com complaints and someone waited over a month and looks like they only got a response because they complained on this site. Gerber Gear on facebook will send you an autobot response telling you to contact gerbergear.com/warranty. Here is another interesting thing to look at so I went to the Gerber Gear website to file a Warranty claim and it would not let me submit it at all. The terms and conditions link along with the privacy policy link are links to Google.com. There are no terms and conditions nor privacy policies to look at. So the submit a warranty claim is never selectable. It sounds like they've disabled their warranty claim system, their phones, and you get directed to an email that does not respond. Who would fight for getting skimmed $15 off their order? I bet I'm not the only one and who am I going to contact to get a refund if they don't respond? There is something very wrong with this website and service.
