I was interested in being a secret shopper as I always shop at Krogers. I felt this would be a little more income with covid. I was picked to do the job with guidelines that where questionable. I received a check for $2350 that I need to deposit. I couldn't let the bank know anything about this check...red flag as they would call Kroger and say hey someone is going to be shopping secretly in your store. Now I understand not tell the store. Next, purchase AMEX cards totaling $2,000. Make copies of the front and back once you purchase them and text a copy back...2nd red flag. Once I give you the that information what is there to keep you from cashing or filing those ard as being stolen and get a duplicate card sent to you. 3rd the check address didn't match what I saw on line. Online the company is in Richland, WA on the check it says Richmond, WA. A company wouldn't have an error in the address especially on a check. I stated I was asked about being shopper for Kroger and this is not Kroger. No, I didn't deposit this check as it looks funny.
