I purchased shelving units om march 12, 2024. I thought it was qvc. Anyway ordered they took my money but never sent my stuff. I want the shelves or a refund. Now

I purchased folding storage shelves from a site on Instagram that showed QVC logo and showed video of typical QVC demonstrations . Shortly after purchase I received a text from my bank to verify transaction. I stated yes, then attempted to look up the sight from which transaction was sent (GESHSTORE,LONDON). Does not exist. Called my bank and they have put a hold on my card, thankfully! Will replace card.
