I was looking online for a loan. A guy called me back with a thick India accent. Said his name was James Cooper.

Said i was approved for a $5000. Loan, but it had an insurance fee I had to pay first. Told me i needed to go to any grocery store and buy an EBAY card for $200., call him and give him the Administration # on it, then the $5000. and the refundable fee of $200. would ne deposited into my bank account.

Sounds fishy.

IS THIS A SCAM??????
