Misrepresentation

I had purchased BCBS Silver policy thru Get Me Care, and I was actally sugned up for a Standardized Bronze policy. I kept notes of my conversation that took place with Agent of Record, his name is Jonathon. I was told by Jonathon to call him directly for any problems, to a phone number he provided me with. When I tried to call the number I asked for Jonathon, but I never got to speak with him. I called back again and after an extended hold, someone picked up the call then hung up. So now I am back to square one, very mistrustful now. One representative that I did speak with told me that The Marketplace had changed the policy, but it seems that Jonathon never submitted for the policy I thought I had. I have submitted for a review of this insurance, as it appears to be a total fraud.

I am basically going through the same thing, I was told one thing and it ended up being something totally different than what they told me. Here it is that I think I'm paying for insurance and it ends up that it not insurance it's a discount service for 210 a month. I have underline issues and can't afford to be played with like this. What can I do to keep others from being taken advantage of?

I am still being charged for this GET ME CARE...I do not know what to do. I became disabled after 43 yrs working in a Level 2 Trauma Hospital the last 12 yrs of my career. Not knowing how to get Healthcare I was scammed by this so called Healthcare.. No number I called said I was on their plan. I don't know what to do. I did get real insurance at the last minutes of having to enroll.

I was looking for Healthcare online. After being forwarded to link after link (when initially looking on a .gov site), GetMeCare.com popped up claiming to help find a company and policy fit for me and facilitate setting it up. After charging me $310, claiming it was for Molina health insurance, I called Molina

when I did not receive a policy number or insurance card. Molina said they had not received any payments and that my monthly payment was $44 a month with a discount if paid in full. I had very recently been in the hospital (maybe my name popped up for getmecare?). When I attempted to contact them, I was hung up on FIVE times in a row after less than 60 seconds. After spending time researching I finally found another number to call where I was told that the 310.00 was to get me to November 1st (this was Sept 29), and then they would bill me 210.00 a month going forward!!! For what?! Does all this sound confusing?? Like it doesn't add up?? DO NOT USE "GET ME CARE", "GET ME NO WHERE" IS MORE LIKE IT!!!!!!

I feel your situation as myself was scammed almost identically to your experience. Still paying close to the same amount as you. I am in too much pain and to tired to have to deal with this situation. at this moment. Any suggestions?
