This company was using the video advertisement from a product called 'Fidget Cube', which is a Kickstarter that wasn't out at the time of my purchase. I wasn't aware of this, and thought I was buying a Fidget Cube. I purchased the so called 'Twitch Cube' on December 3rd, 2016. When I didn't receive my package by the end of the month, I emailed them and asked them for tracking information (which I was never given) or even the name of the carrier that it was shipping through (which I was never given).

They gave me an excuse that the holiday season was lagging them behind and my package would take up to 5 weeks to arrive. In February, when my package still hadn't arrived, I emailed them again. They gave me an extremely vague excuse, and then tried to tell me that they tried to leave a package at the door but no one was home to pick it up (which is very unlikely). I live in an apartment complex. They would have been able to leave it at the office, or in the mail box. I never received a note on the door regarding an attempted drop-off, either.

In the email they sent me, there was also a very fake-looking link that sent me to a website called '17track.net' with some very bogus looking information on it. The website itself was riddled with advertisements and spam, and there was still no mention of which carrier would have shipped my product. I have the link in the emails they've sent me, if you would like to look at it.

They were very unprofessional in the emails, there were a lot of grammatical errors and subject-verb agreement errors. They just do not sound very legit. I've asked for a refund multiple times and have threatened to report them. There are also a ton of accounts on Facebook from people who have gone through this exact same thing. They have illegally taken a video from a different product and tried to sell it as their own, and they have stolen my money ($27.99). I just want my money back, and I want to protect people in the future from wasting their time and money with this 'company'. I have all the emails, the receipt, and screenshots of different stories on Facebook if you need further proof that this website is a scam.

They advertise an item called a Fidget Cube. I ordered one a month ago, the money cleared my bank, and I have heard nothing from this company. I received no order confirmation, and have contacted them twice via their website with no response. The item plus shipping cost $27.88.
