This purchase is ridiculous, it is literally a scrap of mattress foam left over from a factory floor. After numerous attempt to contact to send back for a refund I have received no reply except to ask for photos of the product I received which I sent and now...crickets... No matter how many times I try I cannot get ahold of them and I'm stuck with this piece of foam and 100 dollars lighter.
