My son watched a video online and was contacted by a guy promising him he would make a three figure income with little to no money down. He declined and the guy "Max" bugged and pressed him into signing a contract saying he'd pay him 5 hundred and something a month. After a few months of paying he came to me embarrassed and broke. I'm trying to get him to close his bank account but he is scared about getting sued cause of signing the contract.

This scammer as I call him, has my sons social security number, birthdate.. bank account numbers.  What can we do?
