On 8/15 I made a purchase from get basic for my husbands birthday gift. Box 1 is $10 future subscription boxes are $24.99 shipped monthly. I never received the box 1 and on 8/31 box 2 was auto debited. I called the customer service number and it is unmanned when it rings a mail box says hello and disconnects. I emailed the company every day 2x a day and have never gotten a response in request to cancel or ship. Later on I went on social media and read the hundreds of reviews for people that have had the same issues as myself. I reached out on all social media they are connected to and never got a response as well. I finally had to dispute the posted charges and all future charges through my bank to get my money back. The company continues to take peoples money and never sends the merchandise.

Bought product but never received anything. Tried to contact them without any luck.
