Ordered 6 bottles it was not supposed to be a reaccuring subscription just a 1 time order they charged my card for another order which I did not ask for or want. When I called they canceled a reaccuring membership which I had not agreed to. Then gave me the run around about returning the money to my card.

I first saw this product advertised as Gummies and that it was endorsed by Kelly Clarkson at a cost of $59.00. And it was purchased through a advertisement on social media so wasn't sure of the website name or amount charged until it shipped. When I received an email and shortly after the product. I received it at the end of November so when my bank statement arrived I couldn't believe that I was charged $239.88. It toke be a few days to find the email from them and when I called the 800# no one answered. I guess this is when they relocated from Florida to Texas. Because now the website has a Texas address. On December 8 they billed my account again $239.88 after talking to the bank we filed a visa dispute on the charges, because I did not reorder the product. A week later a box with there name on it a I refused shipment of the product. I did not order it a second time, did not receive an invoice on the product thru email and I did not have a valid phone number for them. But later the bank reversed the charges and I had to pay for a product I did not have at a price I did not agree on. Thank you FIB of Indiana.

Before I could change my bank account they billed me a third time under a different name for the same amount of $239.88. Please don't order from this company! They are very good at taking your money.

I bought the product called "Get Belly Blast" on November 27 for $239.88 which was higher than the original amount of $59.00. My bank canceled the order because it was an unusual amount for me. I thought, I must have done something wrong. I went back on the website to try again. the amount was in fact $239 and I couldn't get out of the website. I wish I would have thought to shut off my phone. It might have helped. The transaction went through. I was told there was nothing I could do from the bank. I was issued a new bank card.. I received the box, I returned it unopened 12/11. I was told I could receive a refund of $179.00 because of a restocking fee. I was told they would have to issue an "e-check because I have a new bank card. I have been calling almost daily since 12/18. I keep getting told that it has been sent to the billing department please wait 24--48 hours. Today is 1/26/2024. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased this product online and immediately realized the cost was a lot more than I thought. So I called right away to cancel the order. They said they couldn't because the order was already being processed and I would have to wait til I received it and return it to get my refund. I returned the product and was told some ******** about they couldn't put it back on my visa but would send me an e-check. This is after they charged me $80 to restock the 6 bottles! This was November 16, 2023. I have been calling every day and get the same song and dance. We will send you a check. I tell them I haven't gotten anything. Piece of **** company.

This was for the KETO Gummies with an advertisement showing Kelly Clarkson endorsing them as the company giving options for better deals. I chose one that I thought was $39.98 for 1 bottle and was charged for 6 in the amount of $239 (rounding up) then another charge for $59.98 for a cleanse. I called the company immediately to cancel the order. They canceled the cleanse and told me that they would refund me $119 and send me the 6 bottles anyway. The representative told me that these gummies were endorsed by Kelly Clarkson after further investigation I found that to be untrue and this was a scam using AI with Kelly Clarkson speaking. I called back to cancel everything and have the other $119 to be refunded to my credit card. I was then told it was too late they shipped in and I would have to return at my own cost as they do not provide prepaid shipping labels. I was told I would receive an email acknowledging that I was dissatisfied and returning the 6 unopened bottles. I checked my email and it said I received "7" bottles - 6 bottles of the gummies and 1 bottle of the cleanse which was never shipped due to being canceled prior to shipment. I called back and had them correct it feeling they would try to not give me my full refund. They also charged me for a $19.93 monthly subscription with a company called Gains Conditioning out of Orlando, Florida that I never agreed to - I called that number 866-450-4592 to cancel the unauthorized subscription and was told it would be refunded - I didn't believe them so I reported it to my credit card company. The representatives work in South Asia and the bottles were returned to Florida. If I was a person who doesn't check their credit card statements I would have been duped. This company is a scam who promotes misleading information and false advertising.
