Offered 6 bottles of biogenketo gummies for $39.99. I used my debit card to place the order. When transaction information was presented, they had added another $59.99 for a product . I called customer service on Monday and was informed that cancelation was not possible. So now I have no gummies and $299.98 less in my checking account.

Offered 6 bottles of biogenketo gummies for $39.99. I used my debit card to place the order. When transaction information was presented, they had added another $59.99 for a product I didn't want. I called customer service immediately and was informed that cancelation was not possible but offered to discount down to $119.00. I refused and continued to ask for cancelation and to speak to a supervisor. Neither was available. Now I have a $300+ charge on my account because it caused an overdraft.
