This paid for a package delivered, dripping from cracked bottles inside. USPS repacked it as it was leaking everywhere when I got it. I am not even opening the usps repackaging. I would like to immediately send the entire package back to this company. Please provide me directions on how you propose to receive all this leaking medicine back. I don’t want anything from your company, and I want a full refund. I will not defame you on social media. Just return my money, and I will return your broken bottles and what’s left of the liquid they held. I just spent 15 minutes while I am at work answering all kinds of questions and giving this east indian lady all of my personal information, for her to then tell me, she cannot give me any information about how to send the product back, and how she could not give me any information regarding refunds of a product I received totally destroyed and verified by U.S. Mail. I emailed you pictures, and there is no way I am opening up that bag with broken glass and chemicals everywhere. I highly doubt anything in that bag would be legible and able to read any kind of receipt. This company has made it extremely hard to trust anything you find online now. Your Customer support line is a total farce. I want a return address for this shipment, and a TOTAL REFUND to my bank account. Liquid is everywhere, so I will also put it in an additional freezer ziploc bag. PLEASE SEND ME YOUR RETURN ADDRESS. -- **** ******* *****

I clicked on a Facebook ad and attempted to order one vial of Clear Tag serum for $39. After completing the order, I received an email from them indicating that I ordered five vials and was charged $198.78 (I did not order 5, I ordered 1). Bank statement showed a transaction on my credit card for $198.78 by Rel1ef1*BN28 Sandusky OH. The website http://getcleartag.com is no longer functioning. I attempted to contact their customer service number that was included in the package at 877-827-3920. The customer service person was working from a script and was unwilling to refund the money and was unwilling to provide me with shipping information to return the unwanted products. Although the bank statement said Sandusky, OH the package was shipped from Pro Package Sending, 1101 2nd Ave Suite 101, Dayton, KY 41074. The slip in the package lists another address PO Box 80477, Las Vegas, NV 89180. I also emailed the company using [email protected] and have not heard from them. I have filed a fraudulent charge claim with my bank.
