Ordered the trial size of serum and face lotion on July 2, received both items on the 6th of July. Did not open until the 7th. This was to be a 30 day free trial as shown on their website. When i looked into my checking account they had already charged me $129.95 even though I only had the products for one day! When I called to question this they CSR said the trial period was for 8 days from the day of order! Whoever heard of such a thing! Didn't even have the product yet and the trial period started and included the weekend which is unheard. I wanted to speak to her supervisor but she refused. I am livid. This is deceptive trade practices and their website is misleading and falsely advertising these products. The CSR was very rude and not helpful.

Then to add insult to injury if I want my money refunded, I have to return the products which I already paid for! The trial sizes. This is the worst business I ever dealt with! I am going to follow with as many consumer related organizations that I can. Also looking for the CEO of this fraudulent company.
