Flawless Credit Academy offers credit repair and wants monthly payment with minimal explanation or updates. I reached out to get an understanding and was sent an email stating all my questions have been answered and i would be refunded of my last payment and removed from there service with no explanation.

I paid them for two months with no change to my credit at all. The owner of the company is extremely rude and makes unprofessional post/comments on social media. They deleted me from the service because i wanted an explanation of an email response sent by her specialist. They also ignored numerous emails from me after stating they are available via email to help or answer questions.
