Ordered Furlife pendent and collar from GetFurLife.com for getting rid of fleas for dogs. Neither worked. Purchased because it was advertised with a 90 day back guarantee. No response from my emails sent and also came back as “not a known email” plus there s no phone number to contact customer service.

All other requests I made before receiving product was responded to immediately.

I purchased a flea/tick collar online from Furlife. it clearly stated on their website that "all of our products are made in the USA". When I tracked my package I noticed it was held up at an international check point. When I emailed the company to ask why it was being shipped from over sees they proceeded to tell me their products were made in China. When I attached a screenshot from their website which showed they advertised that their products are made in the USA he clarified that only pertained to their chews and not the collars I ordered. I am reporting them for misleading statements on their website. I can provide screenshots of their website statements and our email chain. I am very disappointed in this company for expressly falsely advertising their country of origin. "All of our products..." should mean exactly that. You'll notice that the collars don't explicitly say "Made in China".
