I ordered a Hush Ball online on December 11th, 2023. My bank card was immediately debited. I got an email stating that the item would be shipping soon. It never arrived. There was an email listed to inquire about orders. I emailed and asked about my order three times. No response. According to their own tracking report, the item has never left Jamaica, NY.
