November, 2021: Company identified as GETHVWHEALTH.COM offered a FREE sample of CBD oil (1 oz bottle), in exchange for $7.91 for Shipping. I paid the 7.91 using my PNC Credit Card. One month later, I noticed a charge of $109.88 to my PNC Credit Card, from GETHVWHEALTH.COM. I immediately called PNC and filed a Fraud claim. PNC told me to "work it out" with the Vendor. I Googled GETNVWHEALTH.COM, got a phone # and called them. Woman answered (sounded like she was outside) & told me the $109.88 charge "was in the Fine Print". I informed her: there WAS NO FINE PRINT. She kept telling me: "Your Account..." - I denied HAVING any account with them, I only paid a Shipping charge. She offered to reduce the amount by $50.00 - I refused. I told her I did not owe GETHVWHEALTH.COM anything, nor did I order anything from them which cost $109.88, nor did I open any Account with them nor did I agree to anything Ongoing with them.

This is Unresolved, as PNC tells me they are "investigating" this as a Disputed Transaction. They keep telling me that "That's how these Merchants work". I explained that I received NO Goods nor Services in exchange for my $109.88, nor did I request any...and there "WAS NO FINE PRINT". I may have to abandon PNC for lack of Customer Care & file a ScamPulse.com complaint against them, as well.
