Once I paid for item I received a popup note that the delivery could take "4 weeks" - I also received an email confirming my payment and order. I should have recognized the long delivery time as a red flag, but the item had become difficult to find and their website said they had it in stock.
After not receiving the item within the specified time I logged into my acct and discovered the item status was marked as "out of stock." However they have not sent the item nor reimbursed me the money I paid. The website does not appear to have any info on how to contact customer service, or any other company dept, or provide the ability to cancel an order.
