I had attempted to purchase this product, however, my credit card company denied the transaction. Four hours later, the company processed the transaction again and it went through. The original purchase was supposed to be around $62.00. The transaction was processed at $189.00. After I called to complain, they gave me a Return Authorization Number to return product, which I did right away. After one month, I called to inquire about my refund. They said the warehouse didn’t receive product yet, although my tracking number said it was signed for two weeks prior. I called again 3 weeks later, I was told the refund would take another 10 days, and I was charged a $40 processing fee. Im still waiting for my refund.
