I ordered Keto boost samples. First it says only $4.95 but when I was checking out it went up to $6.++. Fine, but when I received the product it was Detox Boost instead of Keto Boost. I called 3 times and first 2 times I was put on hold then the line went silent after long period of hold. The 3rd time I was automatically sent to voicemail. So I conclude the first call was to identify me by asking for my name and e-mail, obviously they have a caller ID and since I was not happy with the switch of product, I was marked so that if I ever call again, I go directly to the voicemail.
I sent them an e-mail and I told them about the product being wrong and that If I do not hear back from them asap, I will conclude they are scammers and I will share it in the media. A day or 2 later, I received an e-mail stating they have cancelled my subscription which I did not even signed up for. Instead of correcting the problem, their solution is to cancel, therefore, I believe this is a scam. I am still dissatisfied that I paid for something I did not want.
