I was checking my back account and saw that i had a pending transaction from this knee company. I did sign up back in May to receive a fee knee brace and i was to pay for shipping. There was a box to check to ask if i wanted a subscription and i did not check the box. All of June and now July i never used this company so when i saw my card was being charged..I immediately reached out..The agent was very rude on the phone yelling at me because im telling her that i never did a subscription. She tells me they were emails sent to me (which i never got)..While she was yelling at me, i hung up..I tried to call back and several times the call just dropped as if they blocked my number. I then proceed to email them and was told basically the same thing that an email was sent out to me about my subscription..I tell them i want my money back because i never signed up for this..They tell me that is not guaranteed i get my money back and if i do it will take 3 to 5 business days..When i responded how can you just keep my money...No more emails!!! I proceeded to go thru the chat and once again asked for my money back..Same thing was said to me...When i said to them that i felt I was being scammed, they immediately dropped the chat...I know its a small amount of money, but im disabled and my income is fixed so every penny needs to be accounted for...All this could have been resolved within 5 mins (because thats how long it took them to take my money)...But instead want to give me the run around...Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy..
