I had tried to cancel but there is no way to talk to anyone and their bots kept me in an endless loop without any resolution. I had to freeze my credit card
Somehow they managed to charge my card anyhow in late 2023. After filing a dispute with my credit card company their fraud department send me an email demanding $460 or they would charge me with fraud.
I would just like to stop my membership. I did not want to renew. This is unacceptable
