This is not a real MSWord application, even thought there may be some licensing agreements that seem to permit substituting this system-destryong glutware for a simple one-uiser, one license copy of Word. I am spending days straightening out the filing systems that now overlap requiring special permissions for me to access my own intellectual property. Full refund please.

Once signed in, go to Services and Subscriptions, take a screenshot of that page then send it here.

No account. I detest those people, all very creepy, trying to get people caught in endless loop traps so people finally give upon their complaints a go away. It's on you to do this pointless homework that is little more than a stall. Please credit my account with amount paid or ues PayPal money transfer to meet your guaranteed satisfaction pledge.

Please be advised that we can no longer accept returns once the product key has been activated or redeemed on Microsoft's download website as this can no longer be used or transferred to the next customer.
If you would prefer, I can remotely access your computer so I can do it for you and resolve it no time.
You don't have to worry because all the remote sessions will be supervised by our team leaders, and you may disconnect any time if you feel uncomfortable with me accessing your computer.

How woud I know if the product is functional without opening it?

You can try to reinstall the Office entirely. You can download it from your Services and Subscriptions page. https://account.microsoft.com/services/
Uninstall it first by going to Finder > Applications. Then drag all the Office apps to trash.
After you download the Office installer from your MS Account, run it to install.

This is what I meant by creepy, but it's not just MS., but you folks as well. I’ve already spent days on this. I'm played out. No more hoops. PayPal, or direct deposit into my account, please.

Product returns are no longer possible once a Product Key is delivered. Much like purchasing a scratch-and-win lottery ticket and scratching off the foil, a product key is no longer available for refund once it has been redeemed.

I have attempted that, and gotten a scrambled example but the system won't record the screenshot, a new development, but the shot involved columns including One Word and cryptic notes about permissions necessary to access my own property.

Unfortunately, we can no longer refund it because you already redeemed the product key, Unless you can provide a screenshot of your Microsoft's Services and Subscriptions showing that there's no redeemed Office 2019 in your account.
