Was activating Hulu account on new fire stick. Asked to scan QR code on the tv to enter a code on your phone, this is normal, but this time when I did it, it ask me to call a number as there was an issue with my account. When I called, they said I someone was using my account. Proceeded to have down load an app like tech support where they could see my screen. And purchased Xbox gift cards. Said I would be charged. Then had me go to gift card granny to buy a 250$ gift card there. At this point a hung up.
