I purchased the CES-1 vagus nerve stimulator from GetNeuroloom.com. They took the payment. Got an email @ 1:33am on 3/30 saying it had been delivered. It wasn't. I've repeatedly attempted to reach someone to no avail. Cannot express my frustration.
