This is not necessarily a scam per-se. I was not contacted by them.

I was looking to purchase some software online and got to the site http://www.getonlinesoftware.com/. I noticed that they are displaying the ScamPulse.com accredited business logo on left side of all their pages.

When I went to BBB.org to look up the business, I could not any record of this site.

On further looking, I see that they have posted in "About Us" their address as Hong Kong, China.

How could they be a ScamPulse.com accredited business?
