I got an email from a guy name John Hancock telling me to contact this Mary Cook. The email subject was Interview Alert. I was supposed to contact her through Google hangout. Then it led to emails. I was told after the interview that I got the job. Then a check would be coming to me. I had to buy a laptop, printer, etc with this check. When the check came, I became suspicious. I didn't tell her that though. She told me to go to the bank ASAP and deposit the check at the ATM machine. Again, I became suspicious. So the last conversation I had with her was I was at the bank. She gave me instructions what to do, but I went in and talked to one of the people that worked there. They told me the check was fake and a Fraud. He called the number on the check. The account number was used in 2008 and the amount was $600. I was sent over $3,000.00 The guy also said this just happened to another woman the other day. Do NOT contact these people. If you get an email to get on google hangout ASAP for an interview don't do it. Just delate it. I'm grateful I questioned the check before trying to make the deposit. It saves you so much time and headache.
