BEWARE!!!!!Ryoko or Viaota.... hotspot. said will work in my area. nothing?? will not refund! wasted $126.70

I had looked at this portable wifi apparatus. I thought about buying one and had even gone through the paypal, but changed my mind when I got back to site and cancelled, didn't compete the order. 10 days later they charged my paypal for 4 units for 220. I contacted to cancel, they tried to sell me discounted wifi service, I retused wanting refund. They tried the same thing again. I told them I didn't order or want 1 let alone for still no cancel. Not yet shipped, contacted paypal they couldn't help, at this point RYOKO said since I contacted paypal they would respond through there. No response. Then notice they were shipping, I contacted again, they said had to respond through paypal, would look into it. Then the package appeared at my door. I contacted, wanting them to take them back and pay for shipping. They would take back , Ship at my cost to Lithuania from USA. This is where I am now.
