I ordered an item and paid extra for it to be expedited. I kept asking where it was because it took almost a month to get to me and when it finally did, not only was the package sent in the slowest ground mail possible (so clearly not expedited), the item i received was so terrible, it would have been funny if i didnt feel like i had just gotten scammed. The quality was so poor, it was an absolute joke. So i contacted secret lane once again and said i wanted to return the item and i also wanted my expedited shipping costs back. They offered me 30% back to keep the item, and i told them no, i want to return it for a full refund, to which they told me fine, but it needs to be in perfect shape and i need to pay for shipping. I paid to ship it back and did receive a refund, but they would not give me back the expedited shipping and their reason was that it was "no longer in their funds."
