I ordered 1 pair of socks for$17.95. Once I completed the order, 2 invoices popped up that indicated I had ordered 4 pair of socks on both invoices. For a total of over$100. I purchased thru PayPal. I immediately responded to an email from PayPal as well as the seller and ask that the order be cancelled. I explained that I did not order 8 pair of socks. The seller sent an email back the next day(a Sunday) the seller emailed that the order could not be cancelled as it had shipped out already.

This business scammed me online. I ordered 1 pair of socks at a discounted price. They charged me for 4 pairs of socks at the full price and failed to provide an order number, then claimed they had no record of the order. I have tried contacting them. This morning they came up with an order number but refuse to acknowledge my request to cancel my order. They are online scammers. I am now afraid that they have my credit card information.

Ordered 1 set of 4pair of compression socks online. Site took me to a next page that I had to click on before it would complete my order. By clicking, it charged me for 4 additional pair of socks. There was no notification of this until after order was submitted and email confirmation sent with details and pricing. I immediately notified the company and PayPal. I have received 8 pair of socks, and I only ordered 4 pair of socks. I am trying to return and get a refund without success.
