Sync Wrist got good ratings in a search for fitness trackers, and the search results had a link to the product. I filled out an order form and noticed the order total of $96.42 included a $19.99 charge for a VIP option which I did not select. There was no way to remove it from the order page. The order page offered an option to update the shipping address, but it didn't take the update. I DID NOT click anything to place the order, but I received an email confirmation from [email protected] for an order amount without the $19.99 charge. There was no way to cancel the order so I called the customer service number (18888034124) for imoderntrend.com which was on the confirmation email, got a voice recording that I was 4th in line, and after 5-10 minutes, another recording said no one was available to help me, and the call ended. After seeing poor results on TrustPilot, I canceled my credit card and asked for the charges to be disputed. The representative said he would have to contact the company, and if they did not respond it would be in my favor. Still waiting to hear about the charges.
