I ordered what I thought was a climbing set for my toddler. Received foam letters from China in the mail instead of what I actually ordered. I paid $35 dollars. They sent me these cheap bath foam letters with the same tracking number of what was supposed to be delivered. I’ve sent several emails with no reply. There isn’t a way to call and talk to anyone either.
