I've ordered the services two weeks ago. Was supposed to get Internet connected 5 days ago (had a confirmation email). Still no Internet. No phone answers. No 24/7 customer service and technical support as advertised. The phone will ring forever, but no answer. They put you on a call back list, but never call you back. When you get a hold of them, they don't help out. Unless you talk to very manipulative manager or supervisor who would calm you down and make fake promises (like "we'll send you a technician tomorrow). Next thing you know if that this technician will come to your place to find out the problems 3 business days later (and that's if he comes!!). Time is money. With GETUS COMMUNICATION, you are losing BOTH TIME AND MONEY.

They make you PAY for installation fees but provide no technical support or solutions to connection issues. They blame **** as they use their Networks as an Internet reseller. They completely rely on customer service and putting people on hold forever as the network is not theirs. But they unfortunately fail providing any sort of efficient customer service.

DELAYS DELAYS DELAYS!

If all customers would spend the same amount of time spent on trying to reach out to them or complain or get their Internet services working (WHICH WE PAID FOR) on sharing their terrible experience, this company would most likely be closed.
