I called the number on 10-21-24 to let them know that I wanted a full refund and that I would like the shipping information so that I can get this shipped back for my refund to get put back on my card. did speak so someone by the name of Nemfa and she sent me an email when we got off the phone to send her back a photo of the product and the shipping box that we are shipping it back in. I did however send her the photos and she said that I will be receiving my money back however I really don't believe her as I had someone do some extra research on this company for me as I felt that I was being scammed and as it turns out I still feel this way. I did however receive the product, but I am unsatisfied and would like to return this product and get my money back as this wasn't to my expectations. This silly thing wouldn't even hold any channels where I am located at.

Website stated price would be 25.99. Crad given and amount was removed was 2 amounts 1 for 25.99 and a second 51.89 mot aouthorize. No response from company explaining. Just getting runaround.
