Rory advised he built an app-ready product based on a discussion, text, and emails as I was advised would be ready in 3 to 4 months from June 7, 2023. This app is for employee education training. When I inquired about it about 4 months later, he advised it was almost ready and was 2 weeks from completion. Shortly after he sent me a text advising he needed more money. I sent him an additional $1000 since I had already sent him what was to have been his rate for the app. I did not want to lose the app over $1000. 2 months later he sent me a 7-minutes or so video showing me the app's beginning and advising it would be ready. Again, he said it was almost completed. 2 months later after reaching out to him again he advised me he would be sending it. A couple of days later he sent me info to check the app's validity and function. I attempted to sign on many times over 3 days but could not sign on. After telling me he did not know why I could not get in he later sent me the correct username and password which did not match what he sent earlier in the week. 4 months later, which turned into 8 months later he advised he did not have time to do it but if I wanted it done quicker it would cost me more money. He had already quoted $7400 for the completion of an app ready to train at its full capacity. What I received after can't open it and there is no access to add training. I have nothing to demonstrate completion as required or any way to add training lesson plans, videos, or testing information. However, during this process, he used the credit card he had stored to add another $1300 charge not once but 3 more times. He finally returned 2 of the extra hits for 1300 but refused to send back the last 1300 hit from my account. He sent me a demo video with no way to interact with the app. He said it was from start to finish. It was not from start to finish for instruction or any type of structure to enter any kind of training. I asked him to show me what he had developed, and he sent me a video that had no instruction or way to see the success of the app. Even after signing in to his Buddy App, it was clear he had not completed the app and it was not App Store ready as I kept receiving emails from the App Store development personnel advising the app did not meet their standard and requirements for the App Store. He has $9700 with 1300 being illegally charged to my credit card and will not demonstrate the App's use or how to use it. He will not discuss it without me sending you more money. I have still not received the finished product. Not to mention the money never returned to me which was unauthorized to be taken from my account. Of course, that being another serious issue in all this is an ultimate disregard for professionalism. While I have not pursued him currently for the illegal transaction of funds from my account even at this point it still does not sit well with me. It is still my hope he can show me what was built and how it applies to what I asked for and what I have not received for what Rory Sauter advised he could and would deliver to my 100% satisfaction. Rory also has other addresses in California while showing other court cases that may be pending.

Rory claims it to be a finished product but is not a finished product as he refuses to show me or demonstrate how it is a finished product ready for distribution. With his business approach and what appears to be the lack of good moral character and ability or intention and willful failure to provide or use a good business practices standard for which I have been more than reasonable in asking him to do what he said he could do and would do. This is a very reasonable request. I am very disappointed with Rory and his lack of product and commitment.
