Type of a scam Identity Theft

I got scammed

My name is Maria Brooks @ [email protected]. I had a charge of $39.99 run on my credit card and I never purchased anything thru this website.GGRDTPSC.COM 970 EVERETT ST 833702602, 01-30-2024 @ 9:01 Trace #:01300901130127887 0130 Card ending in 9813

Please refund my money of $39.99. Thank you so much.

Parking payment machine in downtown Raleigh, asked for email to set up account to use cc as payment for parking. cc was declined, then I started to receive bogus charges for services to a dating website. Tried contacting the company, has no real name and the website only states that in order to close an account they need a bank account number or credit card number, which they have as they are charging it. Had to close my cc twice because of fraudulent charges.
