States 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The people say they are professional writers, using the word professional numerous times. They get you to say that your happy. I was only happy with one chapter, out of 6. I'm writing a non-fiction science book, There website states that they do the research, I requested them to research centrifugal force and write a chapter, never happened. I wrote 90% of the chapter I was happy with, then had a friend who took English classes in college, he said there are two subjects in some sentences and a lot of sentences ending in prepositions. I don't know much about writing, I thought it was good. Turns out the writing is very uneducated, with poor sentence structure. After a few minor complaints, the original contact person threatened me, called me a whimp and said I was harassing her. I just asked her to return my money. This company tried extending and delaying my request past the refund deadline, they kept saying "next week" after an unprecedented number of emails to a project manager. Their website says 24/7 customer service. This was the only phone number I had and also it's the only number on the website. Now they won't return my money. Their website is very misleading and an absolute scam.
I simply asked her to give me my money back and I'll go away. Her response was, "And please stop texting me at this hour. I could file harrasment against you for texting me now." This is a copy of her text. Very unprofessional. Definitely not what their website states.
